An interactive escape room inspired adventure through Lapland, where the mischievous Grinch has been wreaking havoc. Join Santa’s “Elf Squad” and journey through Lapland to save Christmas AND SANTA!
We need you to help us fix the broken sleigh and get the gears turning in the Toy Factory running so the elves can get back to work.
Once you’ve saved Christmas, Santa wants to thank you, so get ready to meet the big guy in real life!

Your Adventure Starts here
The event is about Saving Santa and Christmas.
This new Christmas experience will challenge you, bring joy and spread Christmas cheer
Enter into the beautiful world of lapland, through Reindeer road where a host of entertainment awaits you.
Browse enchanting Christmas gifts, get involved with fun activities, sample some delicious food or quench that thirst. Reindeer Road is open for all to enjoy.
At the entrance you’ll be greeted at the desk to check in and await your magical elevator ride to Lapland.
Get ready to save Christmas! When it’s time, you’ll be called to join the “Elf Squad” in Lapland to help Save Santa. Enter the magical elevator to be magically transported to Lapland.
On your arrival you’ll be greeted by one of the elves who needs your help to repair Santa's Sleigh. Help find the missing pieces and help Santa get on his merry way.
The next stop is the Toy Factory. The Grinch has taken the machine cogs. Without them, toys won’t be made or wrapped on time meaning… NO CHRISTMAS PRESENTS FROM SANTA!
Help the Elf in charge to fix the toy machine. So the toy’s can be delivered in time for Christmas, to all the boys and girls this Christmas.
When all is said and done, your final quest is to find the key. But not just any key. This key is the key to unlock Christmas love, spirit and harmony.
When you connect all the hearts, Christmas will be saved and you’ll be greeted by Santa who wants to give you a special thank you for all your hard work.
At the end of your journey you can take a well earned rest at the Polar Bar with a great selection of Christmas beverages for all to enjoy.
